Refund Terms
We aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund process. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing:
1. Refund Eligibility Window
- Refund requests made within 1–7 days of activation are eligible for a refund minus $5, which covers payment gateway fees and activation costs.
- Refund requests made within 7–30 days of activation are processed as follows:
- The system automatically considers any usage between 7 and 30 days as one full month, even if the service was used for just 8 days. means that the 1 month plan is not refunded after 7 days of access
- Refund requests made between 31–60 days are treated as two months of usage, and so on.
2. Refund Calculation
Refunds are calculated as:
Refund = Total Paid Amount – $5 (fees) – Consumed Months
Please note:
- The monthly cost is based on the original plan price, not discounted or promotional offers.
- Free or bonus months (from referrals, promotions, or limited-time offers) are not included in the refund calculation.
- Discounted months are not used to calculate the monthly rate — the standard base price applies.
3. Examples
- Example 1:
You purchased a 1-year plan for $70.- Refund requested within 1 week → $70 – $5 = $65 refunded
- Refund requested within 7–30 days → $70 -$5 – ($70/12 = $5.8) = $59.2 refunded
- Refund requested within 31–60 days → $70 – $5 – (2 × $11.6) = $53.4 refunded
- Example 2:
You purchased a 1-year plan at a discounted price ($63 or $56).
Refunds are still calculated from the original $70 base price:- Example: $63 – $5 – $5.8 = $52.2 refunded
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds cannot be issued during the final month of the original plan duration (not including any free or bonus months).
- Refunds do not apply to any free months earned via promotions or referrals.
- Example:
- You purchased a 3-month plan and earned 2 free months. Refunds apply only to the 3 original months.
- If you request a refund within 61–90 days (final month of the original plan), no refund applies.
- The same applies to 12-month plans — refunds are not available within month 12, even if you received 15 total months due to offers.
5. Multi-Device & Shared Plans
Refund rules apply identically to all multi-device, combo, or family plans.
